how do i order?
inventory is released beginning at 1pm, every friday and is available until Sunday evening, or sell-out (whichever comes first). we bake the cookies to order and all orders are shipped out tuesday. 
shipping information
tracking information will be sent out via email once your order has dispatched from our facility. please double-check that your shipping address is correct and you are signed up to receive delivery alerts. chipkick is not responsible for incorrect addresses or delivery issues once the cookies leave our facility. once your order has shipped out of our facility it is now in UPS/USPS’ hands and we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or returned packages. for further information in regards to shipping, please drop us an email at with any questions. 
how long will my order take to arrive? 
the best delivery times for DMV and NY/NJ (the mid - atlantic) are with UPS ground (DMV usually receive them the day after they are shipped; mid atlantic and northeast within 2-3 days). we highly recommend usps priority for mid west and west coast shipments (most orders are received by friday; however ups ground takes longer). for more detail or for estimated transit time, check with the specific courier.   
can I send a gift and include a personal note?
yes! at checkout, you can write your note and we will print and include it in the shipment. 
what is the maximum amount of cookies i can order?
there is a maximum of 24 cookies per order
how many flavors do you offer?
chipkickcookies has a minimum of 4 flavors available every week for ordering.
can i reheat the cookies?
for a fresh-baked, extra gooey inside, cookies can be reheated in the oven at 350 for 6-7 minutes or microwave for 7-10 seconds. just let them sit for a few minutes before enjoying (for some extra fun, break them in half and show us your cookie break!).
pickup information
in case of pickups or special orders, customers are responsible for picking up at the specified date and time selected. there is a strict 15 minute grace period policy for all pickups - no exceptions. thank you for helping to keep our operations safe and punctual, and for understanding. 
what is the refund/cancellation policy?
please note, all sales and orders are final. no refunds. customers are responsible for picking up their order at the specified date & time selected during checkout.

all cookies contain soy, eggs, milk, and wheat. our cookies are made in a facility where cross contamination of allergens can occur. this includes soy, dairy, tree nuts, wheat, and peanuts.

what is the standard packaging for orders?
all pick-up orders come in standard bakery style packaging (cookies are not individually wrapped). all shipping orders include individually bagged cookies. please contact us for all special packaging needs.
