inspired by the Italian seven layer cookies we grew up with. when adorning our tables, these cookies meant a special celebration was underway. we took the seven layer cookie with its rainbow almond cake and raspberry jam, mashed it into our dough, and dotted it with bittersweet chocolate for the perfect balance

please note that shipping estimates are only estimates. if you do not have flexibility, we recommend upgrading to 2 day shipping. shipping time begins when the package is received by the shipping company, not when you place the order. we drop all orders on tuesdays to their respective locations and from there, shipping transit is in the carrier’s hands. we have been seeing that the best delivery times for DMV and NY/NJ (the mid - atlantic) are with UPS ground; and for west coast are with USPS priority and this is why we offer both options. please refer to our FAQ for more details.
